These terms apply to medicare-411.com, run by Rapid Response Marketing LLC (“we”, “us”). By using this website or calling the number on it, you agree to these terms.

What this website does

medicare-411.com shares information about prescription home delivery and connects people who ask with a partner pharmacy. We are not a pharmacy, a doctor, an insurance company or a Medicare plan. We do not give medical advice and we do not sell or enroll anyone in a Medicare plan.

Not a government website

medicare-411.com is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.

Cost and eligibility

Home delivery and packaging are at no cost to you. Your usual prescription copays may still apply. Not everyone qualifies. The partner pharmacy decides eligibility, and carrier and state restrictions apply. The service is not available in Texas. We do not promise that you will qualify or that you will save money.

Calls, recording and AI assistant

Calls to and from us are recorded. Some calls are answered or made by an automated AI voice assistant. If you book a call and check the consent box, you agree that we and the partner pharmacy we connect you with may call you as described next to that box, including with an AI voice and automated technology. You do not have to agree to get any service. You can say “stop calling” at any time, or email billing@xy7elite.com, and we will stop.
