Privacy Policy
Effective October 26, 2026
medicare-411.com is run by Rapid Response Marketing LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit this website, call us, or book a call, and how we use it.
What we collect
- When you book a call online: your first and last name, phone number, ZIP code, the day and time you picked, and a record of your agreement to be called (the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address and browser type).
- When you call us or we call you: your phone number and caller ID, the answers you give (for example your Medicare Part D coverage, prescription drug plan, how many prescriptions you take, and your state and ZIP code), and a recording and transcript of the call.
- When you visit the website: our web server keeps standard logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To call you at the time you picked, and to try again if we miss you.
- To check whether you may qualify for prescription home delivery.
- To connect you with a partner pharmacy if you ask us to.
- To keep records of your consent and your requests, including requests to stop calling.
- For quality, training, security, fraud prevention and to meet legal requirements.
Calls are recorded
Calls to and from us are recorded. Some calls are answered or made by an automated AI voice assistant.
Who we share it with
- The partner pharmacy we connect you with. When you ask to be connected, we pass along your name, phone number and the information you gave on the call so they can confirm your eligibility.
- Service providers that run our phone lines, call routing, AI voice assistant, call recording and web hosting, only to provide those services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
We do not share your information with other companies for their own marketing without your permission.
Your choices
- Stop calls: say “stop calling” on any call, or email billing@xy7elite.com. We will add your number to our do-not-call list.
- See, correct or delete your information: email billing@xy7elite.com. We may need to confirm who you are first. Some records, such as consent and do-not-call records, we keep as the law requires.
- Depending on your state, you may have other privacy rights. Contact us and we will respond as your state's law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep booking, consent and call records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements, generally up to five years.
Security
We store booking records outside the public website and limit who can access them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Not a government website
medicare-411.com is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program. We never ask for your Social Security number on this website.
Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
